By placing an order with Tessora you agree to the following:
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Product images are representative; handcrafted and curated items may vary slightly in appearance. Die-cast model colours and packaging may vary by manufacturer batch.
- Custom hamper contents are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before packing; the confirmed list is final for that order.
- Wholesale pricing applies to qualifying bulk orders (10+ pieces) and is quoted separately — contact us before ordering.
- We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfil (e.g. stock error), and we will inform you immediately if this happens.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Kollam, Kerala.
